N400pro ("we", "us") is maintained to help learners prepare for the US citizenship (N-400) civics test. This page is app-owned editable content that explains, in plain language, what data we collect and how we handle it. It is not a certification or legal advice.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: email address, display name (optional), and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in with Google.
• Study activity: quiz attempts, scores, and progress you generate while using Learn, Practice, and Exam modes.
• Purchase info: a record that you purchased Premium (lifetime access). Payment details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information and error logs used to keep the app reliable.

2. How we use your information

• Provide the study experience: save your progress, unlock content, and personalize your dashboard.
• Process purchases and grant Premium access after a successful payment.
• Respond to support requests you send to support@n400pro.com.
• Improve the product by diagnosing errors and understanding aggregate usage.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to run N400pro — our authentication and database platform, our payment processor for Premium purchases, and error/logging tools — and only to the extent needed to operate the service.

4. Data retention

We keep your account, study progress, and purchase record for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your account data on a reasonable timeline, except records we must keep for tax, billing, or fraud prevention.

5. Your choices

• Access, update, or delete your account by contacting support.
• Sign out at any time from the dashboard.
• Choose your language (English, Spanish, or German) from the language selector.

6. Children

N400pro is intended for adults preparing for the US citizenship test and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
