Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of N400pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing Premium access, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
N400pro provides study material for the US citizenship (N-400) civics test in English, Spanish, and German, including Learn, Practice, and Exam simulation modes. Content is provided for study purposes and is not legal or immigration advice. We are not affiliated with USCIS or the US government.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
3. Free and Premium plans
- Free plan: access to 16 of the 128 official civics questions.
- Premium (lifetime): one-time payment of $9.99 for lifetime access to all 128 questions and all study modes.
4. Payments and refunds
Premium is charged as a one-time payment through our payment processor. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes. If Premium doesn't work for you, contact support@n400pro.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Once a refund is issued, Premium access is removed.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't share, resell, or redistribute the study content or your account.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The N400pro brand, design, translations, explanations, and software are our property or licensed to us. The 128 civics questions themselves are public information from USCIS. Your Premium purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep answers accurate and current, but we can't guarantee test outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payments, IP, disclaimers) will survive.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
